Bricks make your structure look elegant. Since bricks absorb water, it is also prone to efflorescence and mold growth. Using a water pressure washer with SIMIX Cleaner, these buildups will be easily removed. Then coat it with SIMIX Ceramic Coating after for added protection.
Paint finish
Whether it’s flat, satin, or gloss finish, SIMIX will not affect the appearance of your painted
structure. SIMIX is not harsh and our coating is invisible.
Precast Concrete Walls
Concrete is widely used because it is durable especially in places that are prone to typhoons. Without proper maintenance, molds and efflorescence may damage the structure. SIMIX cleaners remove these buildups and our coatings prevent them from coming back.
