Journey Around the World
The product was founded and developed in the United States by Jeff Stanich. Together with experts from Sweden, SIMIX is the world’s first-ever silicate-based coating with nanoparticles of titanium dioxide that forces visible and microscopic water out as it cures.
Our coating fully cures at room temperature, thus eliminating the need for baking. Multi-awarded Japanese academic and chemist, Akira Fujishima Akira, discovered the properties of titanium dioxide which gave birth to the photocatalytic technology.
This amazing discovery was adopted by SIMIX and has been doing wonders in the United States since the early 2000s.
In 2020, despite the pandemic, SIMIX arrived in the Philippines and has been cleaning and coating the surfaces of Filipino homes and businesses in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
